Refund Policy

Flight refunds follow airline fare rules via Sabre. After a ticket is issued, the traveler or agency can request a refund claim. Sabre checkFlightTickets decides if the ticket is voidable or refundable and quotes the refund amount (including penalties). An admin then processes the claim with Sabre voidFlightTickets (same-day void) or refundFlightTickets. Non-refundable fares cannot be claimed unless Sabre reports them as eligible.
